This is ideal for someone who wants 1:1 Run Coaching, but doesn't require regular 1:1 coach sessions, and doesn't require our help with their strength

On this coaching tier, we'll prescribe your runs specific to exactly what you need to match your goals and ability. We'll monitor and review your training and your coach is available through direct messaging on Training Peaks.

We cover your Training Peaks premium subscription on our side, and if you need- there is optional extra coach calls that you book for $45 per session, handy if your getting close to that key race!

EVERYDAY ATHLETE- $50pw

This is perfect for when your 12-16 weeks out from something big! Perhaps it's your first marathon or ultra marathon and you want to soak up as much knowledge from your coach as possible in the lead up!

Or, your an athlete who needs that extra training optimisation and 1:1 coach sessions to discuss race strategy, fueling, nutrition, and mental skills.

We prescribe your run sessions specific to what you need, you get access to our gym or home strength programmes, and we meet regularly for 1:1 Coach Sessions on video call or in-person.

CUSTOM MADE ATHLETE- $70pw

You are a competitive athlete or weekend warrior with a busy race schedule ahead. Or perhaps you've got something big and scary upcoming!

With this coaching tier we taylor the approach specifically to what you need to provide the best outcome for your running, strength, and overall health.

Depending on your requirements, you'll often have inputs from 2 of our coaching team for specific purposes such as additional Strength Coaching from Char, or Health & Nutrition optimisation from Kim.

Glad you asked! Best next step is to book your free coach call, you'll then be emailed a Training Questionnaire so we can get to know about your running ahead of your call.

I'm ready NOW and need to commit today for my own accountability! Should I just sign up?

Yes, if your ready to jump into things and get started right away- we get that! Take that leap and we'll see you on the other side!

But, If you'd like to talk to us first, then book that free coach call.

What happens on the initial free coach call?

We talk all about your running, running history, goals, and just get to know each other in general to see if we're a fit. By the end of the call you'll also have an idea of what level of coaching will work for you and how it all works.

Can I choose my Coach?

Yes, availability dependent- you can totally choose your coach! Or we can allocate the coach we feel is best suited to you based off your initial Training Questionnaire.

Do I have to sign up after my free coach call?

No! There's no obligation to sign up to anything. In fact, we recommend talking to a few coaches to get a feel of who is going to work best for you for your running!

Can I just join the CMF RUN CLUB but get my coaching elsewhere?

Yes! We're not an exclusive cult or anything, and we're even friendly towards other coaches! We're here to support your running in anyway we can, whether that's in its entirety or a spoke in the wheel- it's about what's best for you, the individual.

Is there a minimum commitment term?

Not officially, and we wont hold you to ransom! BUT, we strongly recommend that you give it 12 weeks at least. Results aren't instant and it can take a little time for you to notice gains within yourself. Trust the process!
